I design and create jewelry with care, using quality materials. I use semi-precious gemstones, silver, alloys, antique brass, bronze, shell, resin, various glass beads and more.

Sizing details
READJUSTING AND RESIZING YOUR JEWELRY, WHAT IS FREE
Most of my jewelry can be adjusted free of charge by resizing your jewelry, changing your earwires for leverbacks, changing a toggle clasp for a lobster clasp or a chain on a bracelet. I can replace a connector or a gemstone with another of the same value. These changes I will gladly make for you free of charge, unless you need an extra foot of chain or more which I will need to charge.
If you would like to lengthen a bracelet or necklace by adding stones or connectors, then I will need to charge you additional fees.
Please send me a message on Etsy letting me know what you would like to do with a specifiic piece and I will contact you within a few hours.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Please contact me if you are interested in a custom, personalized order.
Please give me a description of what you would like with pictures and I will get back to you with questions to make sure I understood correctly what you are asking. If you want we can work on it together.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
It will take me between 1 to 3 business days to process and ship your order. My jewelry is not necessarily made. Many items are made to order.
If you need your order faster, please let me know, I can't make any promises, but will do my best to accommodate you if my previous orders are ready to go.
IS TRACKING INCLUDED WITH SHIPPING
Tracking and insurance are included with all shipments to Canada and the US.
For all other inquiries on shipping upgrades and information on shipping to other countries, please contact me and I will get back to you with the information within a few hours.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are always accepted within a three week delay.
Shippig fees are paid by the customer.

Care instructions
To keep your jewelry like new, there are precautions you can take.
*Protect your jewelry from any direct light when not wearing it.
*Jewelry should be removed prior to swimming or taking a shower.
When not worn, if possible, store your jewelry in an air tight container or better in zip lock bags.
Apply all beauty products, such as perfume, hairspray before putting on your jewelry.
